2. Determine the recommendations for carbohydrate, protein, fat and calorie intake for someone your age. To find the recommendations, review the image below containing information taken from the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2020-2025 (https://www.dietaryguidelines.gov). (10 points)
3. Compare your intake to the recommendations. a) Comment on how close you are to the recommendations for each nutrient and b) discuss what steps you could take to reach the recommendations. For example, mention foods that you may want to eliminate or incorporate into your diet to get you closer to the recommendations.
