Paper should be two to three pages in length
· typed, black ink
· size 12 font,
· double spaced
· 1-inch margins.
· No handwritten papers will be accepted.
Your summary paper should include the following information:
o Compare your results with the recommended daily allowances for carbohydrates, protein, fat and fiber. (This can be found in your book or other source)
o Describe the nutrients (for example, vitamins or minerals) you may be lacking or consuming too much of
o Describe the reason/rationale for any deficiencies or excess for any particular nutrient.
o Determine the changes you would make to your current diet to be healthier. Be as specific as possible. (Don’t write eat more fruits and vegetables…etc.)
o You do not need to rewrite everything you ate for the four days in the body of your paper. It can be seen in the logged pages from myfitnesspal.
o Make sure to include an introductory paragraph.
